Primero me contactaron de RRHH con un screening de rutina para conocer mi perfil. Posterior a eso tuve una entrevista tecnica con un Sr Dev del perfil al que habia aplicado (.NET) donde las preguntas iban aumentando su dificultad para determinar mi seniority.
Por ultimo recibi la carta oferta de RRHH.
Este proceso me dio entrada a la empresa sin ser asignado a un proyecto o cliente en particular. Internamente es necesario pasar por otros procesos de seleccion para ser asignado a un proyecto o cliente.

The interview went well, however, after I passed all the interviews I was told that position is no longer available as they're looking for a front end developer.
Was a bit disappointed about the news as it seemed like a good company to work for and the guy interviewing me was nice and easy going.
