1 Phone Screening - mostly coding -- Onsite: 1. 1.5 hour - coding 2. 1 hour - coding 3. 2 hour - general chat with the hiring manager 4. 1 hour - system design ---------- Was rejected due to too cultural fit. Not sure what does it mean, bat at the moment I was interview 2 key person left and one left in week or so. Looks like they're really culturally specific.
