The process was smoth but difficult in some points. They wanted to know about my knowledge in technology, although I had an education/experience in Marketing. This is because in the company the marketing team need to work with the tech team.

Quite a quick process, they are looking for committed people. They just want to see that you can commit and job is yours. Interview, sign papers on that day itself, start work within a week. Confirmation is only after 3 months
about 30 minutes in person. Questions about my past experience in sales, and generally about me as a person and knowledge about phones and current technology trends, phones, tablets etc.

We did a simulation about a costumer that was mad at a purchase and how to find a solution and even sell new products.
