Go West IT interview questions

First I had a screening interview with the recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager, following a technical test/simulation, and then a final group interview with 6 other team members. The whole process lasted about a month from first initial contact to finding out the hiring decision.

Great interview authentic organization and streamlined process. The process was 3-5 steps with a skills portion on the interview which I appreciated. Most questions and interviews were with direct leadership and I enjoyed the personability of the interview process.
