2 rounds interview, very straight forward. First with the HR. After the HR, you’ll get a technical assessment which is not at all necessary. It’s basic skills. I wouldnt call it tech skills. Next with a team leader. You will be assessed on your communication.

The first recruiter was very nice. They asked questions about resume & then described the sales rep role. There’s a 2nd interview with a manager via zoom. The questions were pretty basic. They also asked to hear a pitch from your previous role? (made one up, but thought that was strange)
