Met with the Assistant Store Mgr, had to wait about 30 minutes or so as the store was busy, which he prepared me for as a possibility. We sat outside and he had a brand new interview packet in which he asked some questions about previous employers as well as some behavior based questions. There were about 15 questions total. Total interview time was about 45 minutes.
