I applied for the Front Desk Associate position online and received a phone call from the Operations Manager requesting to setup an interview just 3 days later. My interview was scheduled for 4 days later, so from the time I submitted an application to the time I went in for the interview was just 1 week. The interview with the Operations Manager lasted approximately 45 minutes with about 20 questions asked. The majority of the questions were "tell me about/give me an example of a time when..." I was offered the position at the conclusion of the interview.

The interview process was simple. I just showed up at the time the hiring manager and I set. We got started right away and it was smooth sailing from there.

Straight forward, looking for a candidate that will represent the company in a positive manner and welcome every person that comes through the front door. As for qualities/experience they mainly look at your customer service skills and your ability to work in a team.

They said they loved me and that I would be moved forward to second interview...ended up calling them 3 times over a course of 2 weeks and apparently the GM was too busy to interview me.. when they need people.. then emailed me saying I didnt get it when I was waiting to get interviewed again.
