Friendly and direct. There were 2 interviews including a training demonstration. I interviewed with the training manager and overall facility manager. Was given a tour and met some of the other trainers. It was pretty straight forward.

After sending my resume I was contact by the manager for schedule an interview. The manger is very professional and seems he knows very good his job. The interview last half an hour where I have showed my athlete my competence and the way I conduct my work.
