Great experience during the interview process. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. Everyone who interviewed me was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I really enjoyed my conversations. Overall great experience and would interview here again.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Good Foods Group (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in June 2018
Interview
The interview process was unpleasant as it seemed as if the interviewer was trying to find more reasons NOT to hire me than to hire me. I know this is where HR separates the wheat from the chaff but it was odd.
The woman sends me a request for a phone interview via email late Friday, she only gives me two separate dates and times. This clues me in to the fact they are not flexible but rigid. I emailed asap late Friday. Fortunately I am unemployed, because if I were working, I would not have been able to do a phone interview for the 2 limited choices I had been given for scheduling. I waited late Monday, never got a response yet, so had to contact HR again to confirm receipt of my email. The woman said she accidentally overlooked it. Strike one! Out of the two choices, I had chosen Wednesday when I responded the previous Friday. Guess what? This woman calls my cell phone on Tuesday and leaves a voicemail for the phone interview. Strike two! I contact HR back to inform her I had selected Wednesday for my interview day. Well guess what?! Now she calls Wednesday, but at the wrong time SHE had me scheduled for. Strike three! She had left me a voicemail explaining she was sorry, she caught her mistake but that she accidentally called hours too early and will call back later. This was of a concern to me that this department was making this many mistakes out of the gate for a phone interview and they were representative of the company, yet I found later she was concerned about my LinkedIn presence because my profile was new. Just yesterday, I just had some stranger from some other state request I add her to my profile. Is LinkedIn supposed to be a popularity contest? My point is I can accumulate strangers on my profile list like many do on LinkedIn and Facebook, which is misleading and annoying, or I can be me. I would discourage you from working here, I smell inexperience or incompetence.

Interview
Phone Screen leads to an in person interview. In person you get to meet with 2 or 3 upper management people. Next round is the R&D group and President/Owner.
Through all of these steps, the employees showed NO passion for the company or even the product line. NONE. NO enthusiasm for the companies products either.
From reception to HR, who should truly should go work at the DMV, on to Marketing and then the crescendo of dull the Operations. Snooze!
This is a case where the product, very solid, out paces the employees and in spite of the them it sells and sells well.
If you want to enjoy going to work and working around an energetic group of people that have fun and passion for the product they produce, this is NOT the place to work.
I could not get out of the place fast enough and was generally excited NOT to send a thank you note because of the time I lost being there.
