      Pros

      Management staff were all great to work with in all departments, Their internal work order system works well. Their Workshop and tool rooms are orderly and well equipped. Tech and Facilities Senoir Management staff are fair and easy to work with.

      Pros

      Work life balance as this team is committed to ensuring you are taking care of what's important to you. The Penn family, they are hard-working and receptive to feedback from your role. They truly care about making sound long term business decisions and for the team members in the organization at a personal level. Excellent products, of which you can get really proud of representing and working on, on a daily basis. Amazing people who are truly bought into this being a long term career path for them, as a result people are passionate and committed to making this place a well oiled machine. Everyone is approachable and friendly, I believe there's shared excitement in where this company is going. Good Foods is a Good Company with Good People.

      Benefits are in line with the marketplace, nothing special. The company is growing at a calculated and with a long term focus, but not at an unmanageable pace. Although not necessarily a con, the pace may be different from what you've seen at other larger organizations.
