The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gordon Food Service | Service Alimentaire Gordon (Nashville, TN) in July 2010
Interview
The interview weren't question you could think about before hand. They asked questions such as what is the difference between a relationship with a coworker and a customer. He asked to recall many past experiences where a certain situation came up. Unfortunately I didn't get the job, the worst part was the letter I received. HR didn't even take the time to fill in the "fill in here spots" so when I read the letter it said, " We regret to inform you "fill in here" that you....... I thought after if they couldn't even take the time to write the name and position out in the letter perhaps this company isn't as good as I thought.

All question I was asked: What is your 5 year goal, if your previous supervisor was here what would he say about you, talk about a time there was a dispute at work (how did you handle), what type of work environment do you want to be in, how have you dealt with customer complaints, why do you want to work for us, why do you want this position.

The interview process was very quick and speedy, and the interviewer created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The questions were very simple and could be answered very naturally. As long as you are good at talking about yourself and are polite and have good problem solving skills and strategies, it is easy.
