The final assessment centre consisted of a solo interview and a group exercise. In the group exercise, we all took roles with competing personal interests to collectively agree on conclusions that would personally benefit only a select few of us. In the solo interview, we are asked behaviour and strengths questions, including asking for examples from our past and what we would do in theoretical workplace scenarios. There was also a technical section, in which we had to give our thoughts on data and data visualisations.

The process consists of an online application, gamified assessment, video interview then if you are successful and in the top candidates you are invited to the assessment centre where there is a group task and an interview.
