Interview
An initial phone call, but a disappointing experience. The call was delayed, and there were issues with the microphone throughout the whole process. Some questions are unprofessional, non-objective, and lean on stereotypes.

Standard questions about your background, motivation, experience, and skill sets. Some weird questions, like are you comfortable with working overtime? But

Interview
Pretty quick and straightforward. First a introductory interview is done. If it aligns, a technical interview. There is another stage where a coding challenge is done, but i was rejected before that round.
