Gray & Associates, LLP interview questions

I interviewed for Gray & Associates and thought it went well. Throughout the interview was told how my experience would work well within different aspects of the firm. A week went by with no call or email so I called to follow up on the interview and left a voicemail with the woman that I interviewed with asking if there were any other questions she had for me because I was still very interested. No call back. I then called back the next week asking for the same employee. I was sent straight to voicemail again. If I wasn't a contender for the position any longer I just believe its common courtesy to send an e-mail or voicemail explaining I was not a fit for the position. Not hearing at all was a complete shock to me.
