Pros

Half days every other Friday [unpaid]. Free coffee. Decent health insurance and benefits.

Cons

Pay is not in line with other firms. This firm pays a general starting rate and may pay a dollar more for some experience but do not expect to earn what you are worth. There is no upward mobility here. The firm puts you where you are needed even if you are qualified for another role. Management states that you can move up, however that is doubtful seeing as you can only move up if there's an open position available. You will be treated as if you're incompetent by your "trainer". Trainers are not friendly and will often talk down to you even about the most simple tasks. High turn over. While I was employed numerous employees had quit. Employees ranged from new hires to employees who have been there for years. Overall atmosphere and culture is severely lacking. Firm is depressing, it has an all grey interior with a sea of cubicles throughout, this alone does not make a person feel valued. A majority of employees do not seem happy either nor do some even seem to enjoy their role at the firm.

Do not do it

Pros

Half-day Friday and causal dress

Cons

Everything else about the firm and job. If you have any sort of college education, do not waste your time. The turnover is high based on the fast food level pay, attitude of people there and robotic work. They say you can move up but it will take you 20 years to do so.
