interview process was pretty basic, Aptitude test first up which is pretty easy, and group discussion follows the last round is personal interview with Hr manager. and there is a mandatory psychometric test to be attended after getting short listed in personal interview.

Interview
First I had interview with the chief of reception in English and Turkish, then with the sales manager again in English and Turkish, at the end we talked with the general manager and I got recruited. I didn't know anything about the job but they chose me because of my language skills and I got more respect comparing to my colleagues.
