Made it through a couple rounds of interviews, and each person I interviewed with was very charming and personable on the phone, but it turns out that they will promise you things and tell you they will put you in contact with other people at the company only to ghost you afterwards…terrible etiquette and not the way you should treat potential employees.
Had a telephone interview and they were the most condescending, arrogant group I’ve ever met with. The way they talked, you would think they invented social media platforms and were the first agency to use it in a b2b or b2c capacity. They didn’t like that I knew more than them. They are know it alls who think they’re the smartest people in the room. I didn’t even send a thank you follow up, I ignored their calls afterwards. I’ve no interest in working people who think they invented marketing.

Question 1
Talk us through your initial social media planning session with a client?
Howdy! We think there might be a case of mistaken identity, as we haven’t interviewed candidates for the social media department since May 2022. This happens frequently since so many other companies are also named GreenRoom. Heck, we still receive hate mail because another GreenRoom agency ceased working with Jason Aldean due to his wife’s transphobic comments. The internet can be a special place! Nonetheless, we hope you found a great fit with your career search and wish you much success!
I applied online. I interviewed at GreenRoom Agency
Interview
Two interviews. First - 45-minute "get-to-know-you" call. Second - assigned project review and presentation. Usual questions about experience and portfolio project walkthroughs. Both meetings with two people - CEO and graphic designer.
