I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Greenlife Water
Interview
Talk to recruiter about your experience, they don't really turn many people away because its 100% commission. Then they sit you through this long and boring orientation where you basically are explained the product and the benefits of the product. Then you start your job as a doing surveys door to door until you are good enough to do the actual job.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Greenlife Water (Toronto, ON) in May 2012
Interview
This has got to be the worst interview I have ever went on. The President, Daniel MacDonald was arrogant and seemed uninterested in getting to know me during the interview process. Where I thought I was going into the interview for a Graphic Design role, it seems like he was asking a lot of questions which they claim pertain to "proactive" thinking. Also, where did asking me more questions about Project Management come from? For me, it was a waste of a TTC token to have gone to the office. Every role, I have interviewed for, I would send a follow-up thank you but for this company, it felt like a waste of an email. Even the phone call telling me I didn't get the position was a waste of a phone call. I would have just rather they didn't call me at all. Any President/CEO who asks like they can belittle you in an interview is a waste of time. If you were given the position, that IS the type of person you would have to deal with on a day-to-day basis and in the end, you would probably end up looking for a new opportunity.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Greenlife Water (North York, ON) in June 2016
Interview
The interview primarily comprised of the interviewer talking about the company and attempting to sell me on working there. They also had me fill out form detailing my employment history, in addition to also having submitted as resume. The interview process took less than 15 minutes, and following the interview they called me in for training starting on the following day.
