I applied online. About a week later, i received an email from a non reply address to schedule a Phone Screen w/ the hiring manager on 3/20. I could tell our vibes didn’t mesh and that by the end I wasn’t interested in the role any more. The interview let me know that by next week I’d have an update, and thereafter there may be a skills assessment & panel interview. Two days later, I got a generic rejection email.
