Interview
Three stage interview and two personality tests. 1 interview with the manager for 45 min, 2nd interview with HR to discuss personality test. 3rd interview is a presentation to the team 2hrs total.
Initial 30 minute phone interview to discuss qualifications and work history, pretty standard format with nothing unusual. I was then invited to meet with the President and Vice President of the company to interview in person. Based on our informal agreement made at the end of the interview, a formal offer was made the next week.

Interview
The interview was brief. There were few technical questions. Via Video call. Offer shortly followed. Interview was with VP of Engineering. Dressed tie and button up. Used a study room in library for call to minimize distractions.
