I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Groupon (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2016
Interview
Great experience overall! Awesome culture and everyone I met was extremely nice. I have no negative things to say about this company. The interview process was really simple. I met in a 1on1 interview first then I had a short phone interview asking for me to come to HQ. I went to HQ and interviewed with 2 different managers and had time to shadow a sales person. Typical interview process, it was cool to shadow the rep and see exactly what they do.

Question 1
Mainly asked about my past experience. Some of the questions were just trying to get to know me and see if I would be a good fit for their culture. Be able to explain your resume well because they literally just went down it and asked questions based off of it.
Very long multiple interviews then get put it classes if you get the job which are 12 weeks apart. They just really get to know you see how talkative and willing to learn you are

I interviewed at Groupon (Chicago, IL) in July 2020
Interview
They just asked questions over the phone. I didn't move onto the next phase of the interview. It was pretty basic and they wanted to know that you were passionate about Groupon and wanted to know that you knew what you wanted to achieve.
