Interview
2 interviews the 1st was a simple over the phone interview!!! A recruiter just asked questions about me and my past job experiances and to get a feel for then she assigned me a date and time to come for a face interview at the face to face interview i took a simple cs dummy test and passed then i met with a hr mgr and he explained the job full out to me after that i met with a cr mgr and he proceeded with interviewing me his questions were fairly easy

The interview process is simple and they're 4 rounds as listed below;
1. GD
2. Versant test
3. Manager round (Email writing)
4. HR round (Salary discussion)
Once selected, you'll be given the offer letter and you can join.

The process was great and expectations were clearly communicated. The person that interviewed me was very energetic. They spoke to me about the history of the role and what they needed within the position.

Interview
It was easy and was able to crack it. Basic interview rounds and good company to work with. You can go for it if you are interested to work in customer service and okey with night shifts.
