GrowthGear interview questions

The interviewer asked the basic questions any company would typically ask. First, an introduction of yourself, second, your hobbies. Then they asked me why I had chosen to apply for this position and why I differ from the other applicants, as well as what I can bring to said company. Then, just some other miscellaneous questions. At the very least, my interviewer hadn't asked me about my background, as they seemed to have actually read my resume. At the end, they just made me do an open-ended questionnaire that essentially tested my personality.
