Long, no response and unprofessional
I applied online and had an initial interview via video call with two managers, who were friendly, professional, and provided clear details about the role. The second interview was in person with the head of the team, during which I was asked to prepare a case study. I traveled to their office for this interview, but no reimbursement for travel expenses was offered. After the second interview, they requested additional documents related to my original work, which I submitted promptly. However, I was left on hold for six weeks, with the HR team citing delays due to visa processing and lack of response at times, while they continued recruiting other candidates.
