i had applied online for the position. Got a call from the recruiter, had a coding test and then a technical interview over the phone. Final interview was in person held at the office location in Exton. Very nice and meaningful interaction with everyone throughout the process. Everyone was very pleasant to talk to and encouraging. Got an offer few days after the final round. Accepted it.

questions on Java, SQL, database. There were couple of problems for coding in the final round. All the questions were fair, that could be answered with prior self study.

The interview process took at least a week. I went through a phone screening by the HR and was asked to do a code test, then a web technical interview and finally a 3 and a half hour face to face interview onsite.

- HR screening process, usual questions for HR.
- Phone call and screen sharing coding test. Fundamentals on java language.
-4hr code test done in own time, questions revolve around db connection, jms, connecting to network.
- 3hr face to face interview with 3 managers, 1 for db basics, 1 for culture and 1 for coding basics.
