Interview with HR recruiter/screener was friendly and in-depth. It got me very excited about the company and the job.
Interview with the hiring manager was excellent, wide-ranging, technical and delved into tough people management scenarios.
That interviewer told me that the next part of the process was a 5-person panel interview and said a few other things that made me think I'd done very well and might get hired. I was excited.
And then they ghosted me. An email on Monday to the first recruiter and one on Wednesday to the second recruiter got no answer at all until the following Tuesday. I would still love to work for this company and will watch their Careers page, but ghosting candidates is not cool.
