Gumtree Account Manager interview questions

Was approached by TP with a phone interview went well asked me questions about myself, previous experience etc. I was then informed that they would contact me for a second interview and he would e-mail me further information about the company. A week later I have not heard back so I reached out for an update and I was ghosted. No integrity which I assume says it all about the company. Not true to their word.

Was approached by TP which went well, hand the interview which involved roleplay and more about my past experience. Said they would get back to me and just ghosted. Would avoid this place
