The interview process is conducted entirely online, consisting of 3–4 rounds in both Japanese and English, with 7–8 interviewers. A written test is also included, and the mock teaching session can be conducted online.

Interview
The interview process was straightforward and thorough. I came away with a very positive impression of both the Head of School and the former IB DP Coordinator. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected family emergency, I was unable to proceed with the offer; otherwise, I would have been inclined to accept the position.
