Gwent Police interview questions

Very professional, you are interviewed by 3 people and they ask their series of questions. You get offered the interview after completing a series of online assesments which you must pass before given this opportunity. The online assesments are quite difficult as there are about 3-4 to complete before this stage. Overall i'd recommend suit and tie and be honest with every answer you give. This will also test your honesty and integeraty

Multi stage, it involves a times assessment and if successful you get to the in person interview it's a sit down with a panel of 3 people. After this there are further assessment relating to fitness and eye sight.
