Interacted with 3 people via email before getting on the phone to interview. I had to complete additional applications & documents before scheduling the interview.
The woman who interviewed me did not take the time to review what I sent (30-45 mins invested), never sent follow up documents she stated she would send, and asked me personal questions. For example: do I have children, am I married, and employment of “spouse”.
First 2 people I interacted with via email were pleasant.

For the first 40 minutes of the interview, the president had something negative to say about each current employee. President's wife had to move the interview along to stop the negativity.

My interview (for the same VP of Talent Acquisition role), was cancelled twice...both within MINUTES of the scheduled call. Only to be offered the same excuse as I was 2 months prior in April 2020- "the client is seeking someone with healthcare experience."
As an executive/founder of a nationwide staffing staffing agency for 8 years, I have never treated my candidates so poorly, nor have I lacked such knowledge knowing what my client desired in submitted incumbents.
The agency should re-evaluate its sourcing process and ensure communication is succinct prior to wasting anymore executive's time.
