there is one hackathon conducted in the recuritment process they ask us to make a retrivel augmanted generation pipeline using any of the tool like langchain etc and also ask try to reduce the helucination
3 stage interview process. Process is very slow takes atleast a month to release offer. 2 stage technical and we will be a hour and it's depends on the level the difficulty will be
