Friendly but a bit hapless young team. The female owner sat in on the interview but was disengaged and didn’t even make effort to say goodbye at end of interview. They sounded positive and said they would get back in touch by the end of the week. I never heard back from them dispute chasing them up twice. I could see that the job was still open and suspected that they were just fishing for ideas.
