The hiring manager reached out to me directly on LinkedIn about a marketing role. I had 6 45-minute interviews with different individuals and everyone was a pleasure to talk to. However, this was only the “second round” of interviews — the interview process is quite cumbersome, especially for someone who is currently working. After the second round I received a rejection due to lack of experience in a particular area, which could have been determined in the first interview. I would recommend streamlining this process in the future to avoid so many unnecessary interviews.
