Friendly, engaging. Explained that salary was commission based - and that this will fluctuate dependent on season and performance. Asked my previous experience in the role, reasons for wanting to leave previous role, what long term plans were.

Friendly and respectful. They showed me around the restaurant and introduced how the work is run. Then they asked my experience and some questions about my qualifications. The overall process was pleasant.
