The entire process took around 4 weeks. There were 2 rounds of psychometric test and then 2 rounds of interview. First round of interview is based on the Basic Electrical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics and Basic Mechanical Engineering.

Questions were asked related to electrical machines realted topics like induction motor and alternator ,basic power electronics,power system and digital electronics .Questions related to wind energy,power factor and electrical socket were also asked

The assessment/aptitude/psychometric test is conducted. And from there the most no of interviewees are filtered out. But, the scores are not shared neither any idea on how out of so many students they filter out 0.2% Afterwards they shortlist you for first round of interview using CV. (case of on campus recruitment)
