I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at HM Armed Forces (Southampton, England) in Apr 2011
Interview
The interview process is very straight forward. You need to demonstrate to the recruiting staff that you are serious about joining the Army and that you have researched the opportunities and jobs available to you. After that you are sent away for a two day assessment during which the Army will decide if you have the potential to make it.
