Completed an online assessment including situational judgement, ability-based questions, and a numerical test. After passing, received an invitation for a pre-recorded video interview, which must be completed within one week.

What is your Favourite cuisine and favourite dish (unscored)
1. Tell me a time you improved a process
2. Tell me time you meet a deadline
3. Tell me time you resolved a conflict with a colleague
3 min prep time and 4 min to answer
Short fast and only 5 questions in total, it was weird since I never done a prerecorded video interview before. Between each question it gives you 2-3 minutes to prepare your answer so as long as you prepared or can think in your toes quick you’ll be fine.

Online assessment then pre recorded interview with 2 questions and around 30 seconds to answer the questions this was good I thought as no interviewer looking at you so less awkward just make sure you have some good WiFi
