Online with prerecorded questions. Had to answer 3 questions based on behaviours. Had 3 minutes to think of each answer and then 3 minutes to speak. Website was a bit glitchy.

Interview process was mainly online due to the pandemic. Straightforward question and answer by recorded message and then results fed back by email. Lots of paperwork to be filled in after. Recruitment process has taken many months however.
