Interview
Applied online thru my university career services. Selected to meet with a company executive for a 30 minute interview. Very laid back atmosphere mostly asking basic questions about the company, going over resume and general discussion.
The following week two more interviews were set up with employees, a lunch interview that Wednesday with two regional managers of the office closest to my College and then another lunch interview with the Engineering manger. Both were similar to the first interview except that they were conducted in a more casual lunch setting. Resume was discussed, followed by questions and general discussion for the remainder of the lunch. They were mostly just trying to get to know the candidate and get the opinion of multiple employees. Normally the 3rd interview would consist of an office visit and flight to Houston but that wasn't necessary in my case.
The monday after the 3rd interview I was called by the HMT Vice President and offered a position. Great people, and a refreshing hiring process. Highly Recommended!

Applied through my university career services. Called me in for an interview. It was very simple, neat and a common interview. The negative thing is that they never respond regarding your selection even after multiple emails.

Applied on through the university and had a 30-minute interview scheduled on-campus the next week with two former MITs. Extended an invitation for an on-site interview at one of their offices two weeks later. Two other interviewees were to be interviewed for the same position. Three company representatives interviewed each candidate one-on-one. Left feeling positive about the interview but still unsure of results. No update on hiring process was given over the next month despite following up by email. Needed to be personally reached out to by phone to get an update on the hiring process. Checked up one last time and was immediately informed they had moved in another direction.

Thirty minute time slots for on campus interviews. Company was 20 minutes late. Overall very basic interview nothing special. Questions were mostly about your strengths and weaknesses and what you can bring towards the position.
