Interview
Interviewed with three HNI members back to back to back in the same room as all other applicants. Atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Included a lunch with other current members to network and ask questions.
3 rounds: screening, staff, senior staff. Typical questions with the main curveball being salary negotiation during the screening call. Strengths weaknesses, how do you handle conflict, very standard corporate interview stuff.
