The interview process was poorly managed. HR does not screen profiles before scheduling interviews, often arranging them on short notice with promises of early joining. The interviewer was unprofessional and failed to attend the call at the agreed time. After multiple reschedules and two rounds of interviews, the management finally realized that my profile did not align with their requirements. Instead of promptly communicating this, HR withheld the feedback, ignored my messages and calls, and made excuses about being unavailable. The entire process was a waste of time for everyone involved. Do not recommend joining.
