-screening survey - standard call with HR, role explanation, financial expectations etc.
-first interview with 2 senior managers, one of which is the hiring manager - nothing unusual, we went in depth when it comes to Lean Six Sigma projects, tools, stakeholder management, sharing experience, exploring challenges and how I managed them
-another call with the hiring manager to communicate positive feedback, explain the next (and last) interview and share some tips how to excel
-next call did not happen, but it was meant to be a round with future peers for cultural fit. Probably because of the holiday season, the call was postponed at the last minute (literally a few minutes before) 2 or 3 times and I sent a polite email to the HR/recruitment person that this is not acceptable. I can understand to postpone a call, not a problem, but if you do it a few minutes before the meeting every single time, it is frustrating and I'm loosing my time.
overall, except for the last part, it was a nice and friendly process
