The interview process was easy. Had an initial telephone interview with the recruiter then moved onto the hiring manager. As seeing that its during covid times it was done via zoom.

The interview process started with an initial phone screen with a recruiter/HR to go over the basics of the job and the type of responsibility you can bring into the organization.
Then you had a second interview (completed on MS Teams) with a senior member of the HR team to go over the role in more depth.
There was a skills & personality assessment which was to be completed.
Typical background checks were completed and an offer was extended to me verbally.
