Interview
There was only one round of interviews with managers and scientists to discuss job fit. This was followed by a reference check. The process was relatively straightforward and easy for all involved.
Interviewed with a panel of 3 staff members. It felt like a welcoming environment. There were general interview questions mixed with strange personality questions. The interview lasted about 45 minutes.
