I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Halfaker and Associates (Tampa, FL) in July 2021
Interview
It Felt more like an interrogation. They asked me technical questions , however, they then began to get to personal asking about my hobbies/interest outside of work. If you are anyone confined to a wheelchair you might find this too personal and discriminatory of a question. This was for a remote job. The interviewers were dispersed throughout the US, including Hawaii.

Question 1
They asked what IT books are on my bookshelf, of which I told them of several. After this they asked about my personal interest outside of work which I found to be a very offensive question.
Interview was a joke. Lasted 15 minutes. No real solid questions, just a background of the job and my review of my resume. It was a joke. Interviewer seemed like he hated his job, very angry person.

Interview
Company seemed eager to hire, phone interview then panel interview with technical questions. Before everything they made it clear they are ok with hiring entry level with no experience. After the interview one person on the panel had the balls to say that this company is great for just that when he got hired even though he got hired with 3+ years professional programming lol. Absolute huge waste of time and a bait and switch by the company to pay a lower salary. steer clear.
