It was friendly and relaxed. Spoke with a manager and then the team. Over a span of a week or so. They all seemed nice and easy to chat with. They asked me some very basic technical questions that were easy to answer correctly. Not sure what went wrong, but ultimately it was a waste of time, and 90 dollars in commute. They went with another Candidate. If they're partial to veterans, I'm sure not feeling it. I'm a vet, with credentials, examples to show, and a masters degree. As a starter developer one gets very used to those rejection letters, so you never get hopes high on any of these jobs. This one though with the vet slant was actually disappointing.
