The interview process was great with the hiring manager that I worked with. I was asked some behavioral questions. I was given a tour of the shop and some of the equipment. He explained some details of the position to me. We discussed the industry.

Interview
Oral interview followed by a written exam, then another interview with the VP. Not much preparation required if you are a fresh grad fro a reputable school. they took a long time to reply after the interview specially they where in time of high operations and need personnel as soon as possible to help with the high demand.
