Short phone interview for pre-screening. Three employees in addition to the hiring manager. Described the role and the focus of their group and asked me to explain my background and interests.
via teams online with hiring managers in November, questions related to the job offshore and deep water experience North Sea, questions were quite smart, asked about conflicts in previous job etc

very easy not related to subject at all, manager was very happy good mood so he was very possitve, i did not find them asking any technical questions, just 4 to 5 question about personal life and family background
