Mostly followed the STAR interview format. Was given a selection of potential questions shortly beforehand. Interviewers select 2 of 3 possible questions in various categories: cooperation, responsiveness, work ethic, etc.

Q: Are you willing to work physically demanding and long shifts consecutively?
Q: Describe a time in which you encountered a situation in which your peers could get hurt. What did you do?
Online interview was quick and easy, was just like going in but staying home. If only all job interviews were like this! Hiring process took about 1 month and 1 week and start neo soon.
