Clear cut and concise, very professional. The interview process was a two step process with the first interview in Laramie, WY. The interviewers were extremely helpful and considerate. The second portion of the interview occurred in Midland, TX and was very informative and exceptionally well executed.
HR scheduled a Teams interview with my manager. It took about 30 mins and I got a verbal offer after about 2 weeks. After that, I did a few rounds of medical check-ups, which took a few weeks. Then got a contract after that was passed.

Interview
1st round was basic resume questions and more info about the job. 2nd round was behavioral questions and lasted about an hour. It's a really easy interview if you practice.
